No. The scratch experience gives you something interactive to share through the tools you already use. It does not automatically synchronize with your POS, loyalty system, or email platform.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. The scratch experience opens through a web link or QR code.
Do I need a custom design?
No. You can start with an existing template. An optional custom design costs $249 per design, includes one revision, and is separate from campaign access.
