Please read these terms before purchasing or publishing a Scratch.
The service
Scratch N Discover provides digital scratch reveals, personal messages, invitations, and business campaigns. These are digital experiences, not physical cards. Samples are demonstrations and do not include redeemable rewards. Purchases and business accounts must be made by an adult authorized to enter the transaction.
Personal Scratches
Choose a design, preview your message, and complete payment before sharing a purchased link. Personal Scratches are for personal messages and invitations; commercial promotions use business access. A purchased Scratch contains the saved message and can be shared by link or QR. Review your wording before payment. Anyone with the link can open or forward it.
Prices and access
Prices and billing frequency are shown before checkout in US dollars. Everyday Scratches are $4.99, selected birthdays and celebrations $5.99, and special invitations and milestone reveals $9.99. The Everyday Variety Pack is $14.99 for five eligible Scratches, with messages added after payment. Applicable checkout totals control your purchase.
Business plans
Starter is $39 monthly for one active campaign; Pro is $79 monthly for up to five active campaigns. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. A one-time campaign costs $39 and runs for 30 days from publication, without automatic renewal. Drafts may be saved before paid publication. Custom design costs $249 for one design and one revision; campaign access is sold separately. Confirm the custom brief before work begins.
Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the messages, logos, and content you submit and authorize us to process and display them to provide the experience you request. You must have permission to use that content and share information about other people. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or harmful content, spam, or attempts to bypass payment or access controls. Purchased access does not transfer ownership of the platform or its artwork.
Merchant offers and customer details
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, eligibility, expiry, availability, and fulfillment of their offers, and for providing appropriate notices and permissions when collecting customer details. Do not imply that claiming a reward grants unrelated marketing consent. Use customer details only for disclosed and lawful purposes. Scratch N Discover supplies the campaign software; the named merchant supplies its reward.
Availability and support
Internet, device, and browser conditions may affect sound, animation, and loading. A reveal-without-scratching option is available where provided. Contact us if a paid experience does not work. We may restrict misuse to protect customers and the service. Refund requests and cancellation instructions are described in our Refunds & cancellations policy.
Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes. Changes do not retroactively change the price or purchased access period of an existing order. Contact us with questions about your order or account.
